Premium Listings

Supplementary listings that can be purchased separately via the dashboard or customer support to expand your online presence beyond the Premium package.

Duplicate Listings

Duplicate listings occur when multiple entries exist for the same business across different online directories and platforms. Our platform helps identify and manage these duplicates to maintain consistent business information.

Listing States

Sync Status

A listing can have the following sync states:

IN_PROGRESS – Listing sync is currently in progress.
SYNCED – Successfully synced with a live listing URL.
FAILED – Listing sync has failed.
REQUIRING_ACTION – Manual action needed to start syncing.
AVAILABLE – Available for syncing.
COMPLETED – Sync completed.
PENDING_APPROVAL – Awaiting approval before sync.

Common Sync Issues

Common issues that may prevent successful listing sync:

Wrong credentials – Invalid login details for the listing platform.
City not found – The provided city is incorrect or not recognized.
Unable to claim listing – Listing ownership cannot be verified.

Listing Status Notifications

The platform can notify your system about listing status changes via webhooks.
